Why A Podcast?

Those who aren’t aware, myself and a registered Nutritionist have started a new podcast. The idea was to give people free content to which they can learn something when it comes to fitness & nutrition.

There is nothing more frustrating when you’ve spent a lot of money and put so much energy into an industry which is

* ROYALLY FUCKED *

by instagram models and influencers spreading pure waffle! So we released our first few episodes. They were a little cranky but the content was still good. But now, the last few episodes are awesome. I’m so excited about the episodes to come and hopefully to teach someone a thing or two, while being entertained a little by our very poor whit.
