Happy Christmas Max, here is your first present. That’s right, it’s COVID!

Not only will it ruin Christmas, but you also have to isolate over New Year as well!

I’m weak. I’m unfit. But do you know what? I see myself as a blank slate. A fresh athlete that can build to be whatever I want. I can focus on injury prevention, I can build my fitness up to be the best it’s ever been, I can build my muscle mass. And I have enough time to do this and be ready for the 7’s season!

I can’t bloody wait to train consistently again, and frankly, so should you!

All that time in isolation, I’ve prepared PAP University. A series of videos taking you through the technical aspects of each lift. For example; how to get rid of the butt wink in your squat, how to get a deeper squat, how to activate before bench press etc. All of this as well as programming, testing, video analysis and more is available on Peak Performer - Online Coaching.
